The feeling of study in University of Tsukuba Hospital
Time flies, the half-year study in University of Tsukuba Hospital is over. But I can still remember it at all. On September 16, 2019, I embarked on the journey to study in University of Tsukuba Hospital. This was my first time to study in Japan. For a completely strange country, my feeling at that time were mixed with surging emotions and anxiety……
University of Tsukuba Hospital is located in Tsukuba city. The beautiful design of the hospital and purple name of the hospital would make the patients feel friendly and relaxed. When I came to University of Tsukuba Hospital, I was moved by its humanized servise desing and the enthusiasm of medical workers. As I just arrived, I was unfamiliar with the route inside the hospital, so I didn’t find the appointed place in time, then I asked a strange Japanese for help, although she also didn’t know clearly, she kindly took me to ask the hospital staff, and personally took me to the appointed place. Through this incident, not only let me truly understand the enthusiasm and the care of Japanese, but also to dispal my concerns.
Next I met the staff from the International Medical Center of University of Tsukuba Hospital and started my study. The first day was the professor’s ward rounds, detailed case reports and careful analysis of the diseases, which made me feel the rigor and carefulness of Japanese doctors’work. In the following clinical study, I followed the doctors to learn the diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases. Every doctor has his own expertise in the diagnosis and the treatment of diseases. The doctors will tell me the patient’s medical history in English and listen to my opinion from time to time, admiration arose spontaneously.
During the study, I attended the disease seminar for new patients and skin biopsy twice a week, the observation of the general anesthesia operation and pathological tissue discuss meeting once a week. Before coming to Japan, I had already learned about Japan’s cutting-edge technology and advanced medical technology through the media website, which made me more convinced after I had contacted the dermoscope technology, because it is just starting in China, but it has been used in Japan for more than 15 years, I am so amazed!
The study content is too rich, I am very glad to study here, not only let me expand my horizon, but also help to further improve my clinical skills.
I quickly used to the clinical study in the hospital, where the doctors would ask me from time to time to what I needed to help or what else I needed to know, I can always feel the courtesy and professionalism of Japanese doctors. Of couse, when you came to Ibaraki, you must not miss the local food and scenery. The iconic beauty of Tsukuba is the Tsukuba mountain. When the weather is good, I can see the continuous Tsukuba mountain magnificent and beautiful from the tall buildings in the hospital. Japanese food really attracted my taste buds, whether it is pork or beef, chicken, fish, vegetables and fruit, which let me can’t stop.
I like the beautiful scenery and delicious food of Tsukuba, but I prefer the doctors, nurses and International Medical Center staff in University of Tsukuba Hospital. Thank you for help and instruction, let me have the opportunity to study in University of Tsukuba Hospital, which adds a beautiful touch in my life.
In a word, this clinical study in University of Tsukuba Hospital gave me the opportunity to learn and develop, and I also gained a lot of clinical experience, which I think will be of great help to my further work and study. Perhaps study life is nervous and lonely, but the aftertaste of the process is happy and rich. I hope I can still have the opportunity to study in University of Tsukuba Hospital, and also hope that the medical exchange between China and Japan can go further and further.
